Intro to Family Camping

Limited to 10 families

More than a camping trip — this is quality family time, unplugged from the distractions of everyday life.

Intro to family camping is about slowing down together, sharing new experiences, laughing around the campfire, and creating the kind of core memories your children will carry for years to come.

We’ve removed the stress and overwhelm of traditional camping so you can focus on what matters most: being present together.

Our ready-to-camp tents are fully equipped with beds, cooking supplies, lighting, and more. Just bring your food, clothing, and a sense of adventure.

Families with children 17 and under will be given registration priority.

  • Nope! All of our camps are beginner-friendly—no prior experience needed.

    • Family Matters : Includes accommodations, access to all scheduled activities, programming, instructors, equipment (canoes, bikes, etc.), and transportation (if selected). Food is NOT included.

    • 90’s Throwback & Play : Includes all meals, accommodations, programming, equipment access, and transportation (if selected). Pricing tiers based on lodging type.

    • Family Matters : You bring your own food.

    • 90’s Throwback & Play: Tent rentals/gear upgrades (if applicable) unless you chose a package that includes them.

    • 90’s Throwback & Play: Rustic cabins with 4 bunks (sleep 6–8 people). Includes electrical outlets. Option to bring your own tent or rent one. Shared washrooms and showers on site.

  • No. Camp Culture centers Black and POC communities, but all are welcome. We ask attendees to arrive with openness and respect.

    • Family Matters : No. Please bring your own meals for the weekend.

    • 90’sThrowback & Play: Yes! Meals are provided (including vegan/vegetarian options). Family-style dining, snacks, and a tea/coffee station included.

    • Family Matters : Shuttle bus departs from Parc Jean-Drapeau to Îles-de-Boucherville. Public transit and car access are also available.

  • Yes! All camps allow car arrivals. Select a no-transport ticket to save on costs.

    • 90’s Throwback & Play: Price options — shared cabin, BYO tent, or rent a tent. Meals, programming, and transport included depending on the package.

  • Absolutely!

    • Family Matters : Activities are optional. Families are free to explore, relax, or join group fun.

    • 90’s Throwback & Play: Tons of downtime with access to hammocks, nature trails, wellness stations, and more. Play or rest—your choice.

    • Family Matters : Yes, but you’re responsible for secure storage out of kids’ reach.

    • 90’s Throwback & Play: Yes! BYOB is encouraged. Bring a cooler if needed.
